One Day Pro’s technology makes replacing your old doors easy.  From its revolutionary 3D door measuring system to robotic automation that custom-makes each door and painting the door with, perhaps, the longest automated paint system in North America, your One Day Product will be truly set apart as the only digitally manufactured and painted door.

Our Technology

3D Door Measuring Device

One Day Pro’s revolutionary 3D measuring device captures the exact dimensions of your existing door opening accurate down to less than a millimeter, including hinge and lockset locations so that a custom door can be made to fit.

Robotic Automation

Using the data sent from One Day’s 3D measuring system, each door is uniquely made to fit the existing door opening. Even if the door opening is bowed or not square, One Day’s new door is an exact match, making installing the new door quick and easy.

Automated Finishing

One Day Pro’s paint and paint system cannot be replicated in the market. Importing the specially formulated paint from Italy, the high-quality paint is applied to the doors and cured using IR ovens with, perhaps, North America's longest automated paint system. This leaves you with stylish doors with a beautiful, smooth finish. No painter can roll with that.
